Returns Policy

At Vinayak Furniture, we strive to provide high-quality furniture that meets our customers expectations. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Item must be in its original condition: The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, instructions, and accessories included.

2. Item must not have been assembled or used: The item must not have been assembled, installed, or used in any way.

3. Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team via phone, email to request a return.

3. Ship the item back: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at the address provided. Please ensure the item is properly packaged and insured.

4. Refund processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item,

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 3% will applied to returned items or depending on the reason for return.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Fees : If an order is cancelled after it has been processed, a cancellation fee of Rs. 5000 will be applied.

Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.

Exceptions :

Damaged or Defective Items : If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Final Sale Items : Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Changes to Return and Cancellation Policy : We reserve the right to change our return and cancellation policy at any time.
